Goa, the place to be at, to experience its rich art, music, food, nature, nightclubs, fun and much more. Most of all the beaches which have always been a favorite haunt for not only Goans but for tourists as well.

So, who were the lucky ones to get away from the city’s hustle and bustle to be at the exotic, tranquil & luxurious Neelams The Grand Hotel which is located at the Calangute Beach, Goa? Much deserved Organisational Heads, Owners, Assistant Owners and Crew Leaders from all across India.

The R&R commenced with Tony Fernandez (Country Head & Vice President – India, The Cobra Group PLC) who completely mesmerised all attendees while sharing the story of the past eleven years journey, achievements, key players and congratulated everyone that were instrumental in ending the year 2009 with a record breaking figure of achieving FIFTY THOUSAND SALES. Followed by Sai Prakash Kuckian (Vice President, Fun, Sun, Sea, Sand & Much More, Read on!!! The Cobra Group PLC), who captivated all the attendee’s minds by highlighting the importance of utilising tools to their best advantage in all the areas like sales and recruitment. Finally Emma Mumby (Global Head of Sales Support for The Cobra Group PLC) elaborated on the best practices followed in UK while recruiting and providing a fore-taste of the workshop that was specially designed to improve recruitment volumes and its quality furthermore across India.

Day Two featured meetings that were independently conducted by each Division. The Charity Division accentuated various topics such as going to the next level, elevating a trainee to an Owner, coaching on sales at every level, conducting more road trips, exploring new avenues, and clients which were highlighted by Tony Fernandez, Sai Prakash Kuckian, Amit Baid, Sukesh Khanna and Arun Sud.

Simultaneously, Tony Fernandez, Sai Prakash Kuckian, Kishore T, Amit Baid, Rajaram M U, Dinesh Mishra and Bharat Shah ran prominent meetings on topics explicitly discussing their Fun, Sun, Sea, Sand & Much More, Read on!!! future expansion plans, maintaining a cordial relation with your team as a leader, boss and friend as and when required, the importance of following structure and systems to run a great deal MC, keeping a profit mentality, Owner’s role in building their MC and lastly creating more Leaders for the Entertainment and Telecommunication Divisions.

R&R was not all about meetings. There were fun elements attached to it – The Gala Dinner!!! Every attendee walked in dressed as either an Angel or a Devil. Surprise gifts were given away to the best dressed Male and Female. Two of the most consistent dancers of the evening were rewarded with interesting gifts.

The final day was all about chilling out, rejuvenating and enjoying Goa’s serenity, beaches, water sports and its eminent night life.

Indeed!!!! The Indian R&R 2010 was a power house of knowledge shared, coupled with loads of fun and amusement. Moreover, the R&R has helped the Assistant Owners and Crew Leaders to keep abreast of the knowledge that was imparted with the view of them implementing that into their businesses.
