Herr Daniel Lüscher, Schweiz, hat uns am 03. Juni 2013 gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG
mitgeteilt,

1.)   dass sein Stimmrechtsanteil an der co.don AG, Warthestraße 21, 14513
Teltow, am 1. Januar 2012 die Meldeschwelle von 15 % überschritten hat und
15,45 % (1.098.355 Stimmrechte) betrug, sowie weiter, dass ihm ein
Stimmrechtsanteil von 14,19 % (1.008.355 Stimmrechte) von der Klaus Jakob &
Partner AG, Uitikon, Schweiz, gemäß § 22 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 1 WpHG zuzurechnen
war,

2.)   dass sein Stimmrechtsanteil an der co.don AG, Warthestraße 21, 14513
Teltow, am  17. September 2012 die Schwelle von 15 % unterschritten und 10,28 %
(1.095.995 Stimmrechte) betragen hat, sowie weiter, dass ihm ein
Stimmrechtsanteil von 9,46 % (1.008.355 Stimmrechte) von der Klaus Jakob
&Partner AG, Uitikon, Schweiz, gemäß § 22 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 1 WpHG zuzurechnen
war, und

3.)   dass sein Stimmrechtsanteil an der co.don AG, Warthestraße 21,14513
Teltow, am 1. Januar 2013 die Schwellen von 10 %, 5 % und 3 % unterschritten hat
und an diesem Tag 0,82 % (87.640 Stimmrechte) betrug.
