Compagnie Financière Tradition SA reports that following the AGM approval on
May 22, 2015 to offer a scrip dividend, the take-up by shareholders resulted
in the issuance of 286–774 new Compagnie Financière Tradition shares with a
nominal value of CHF 2.50 each (Shares), corresponding to a total nominal
value of CHF 716–935.00. The new Shares will be fully paid up by conversion of
the Company–s available equity and carry dividend rights from the 2015
financial year.
Following this increase, the share capital will amount to CHF17–522–212.50
divided into 7–008–885 Shares.
The Shares will be traded as of June 8, 2015
