Quest CMR Annual Survey of the Top 20 Best IT Employers in India. For the fifth

Total Average Training; Retention Rate; and Average Salary Hike (%). The second
part consisted of a confidential Employee Satisfaction survey. The combined
scores from both the process determined the top companies and the final
ranking.
