New Supervisory Board of Sberbank of Russia Elected

Moscow, June 3, 2011 – Sberbank of Russia (RTS: SBER, MICEX: SBER03)
informs that the new Supervisory Board was elected at Sberbank–s Annual
General Shareholders Meeting today.

The following members were elected for the Supervisory Board:

1. Gref Herman Oskarovich – Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the
Management Board of Sberbank of Russia;
2. Guriev Sergey Maratovich – Rector of the Russian Economic School;
3. Dmitriev Mikhail Egonovich – President of the Center for Strategic
Research Foundation;

Sberbank of Russia;
5. Ivanova Nadezhda Yuryevna – Director of the Consolidated Economic
Department of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation;
6. Ignatyev Sergey Mikhailovich – Chairman of the Central Bank of the
Russian Federation;
7. Luntovsky Georgiy Ivanovich – First Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank
of the Russian Federation;
