On stuff changes in the Board of Sberbank of Russia

June 3, 2011, Moscow – Sberbank of Russia informs about stuff changes in
the Bank–s Board.

Yevgeny Korolyov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Bank, has made a
decision to leave Sberbank for personal reasons.

When approving Y. Korolyov–s resignation, German Gref, President and
Chairman of the Board of Sberbank of Russia, expressed his gratitude to the
former on behalf of the Board of Sberbank for the conscientious work
performed and significant contribution made by Y. Korolyov to the
development of Sberbank.

The Supervisory Board of Sberbank approved the candidacy of Igor
Georgiyevich Artamonov for appointment as Deputy Chairman of the Board of
Sberbank of Russia with simultaneous relief from duty as Chairman of the
Zapadno-Sibirsky Bank of Sberbank of Russia.

In case a positive decision is made by the Moscow Main Territorial
Administration of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, Igor
Artamonov will be appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Sberbank.

Igor Georgiyevich Artamonov was born on March 14, 1967, in Budyonnovsk,
Stavropol Krai. He graduated from the Plekhanov Moscow Institute of
National Economy and later completed an MBA-Finance course at the State
University, specifically at the Higher School of Economics. He embarked on
his career at Sberbank in 1992. Starting from April 11, 2007, he performed
the functions of the Chairman of Zapadno-Sibirsky Bank of Sberbank of
Russia.
