energy savings green buildings

Visisys Holdings Plc (V46.F) a leading provider for Safe City and energy
efficient intelligent buildings announced strategic alliance with Alixir
Grid Systems for green buildings. Alixir Grid Systems customer base is in
India, Middle East and European Union.

Recently, Abu Dhabi rolled out the Arab world–s first specialised green
building rating system, Estidama. All new development in the emirate must
comply with the standards set by the system, including commercial and
government projects. Dubai too has been driving change through increasing
implementation of LEED standards across the construction industry.

Alixir Grid Systems plan to use Visisys platform to approach Indian Green
Building Counsel consist of 1208 members (96 Founding Members), 1102
registered buildings, 153 certified buildings and 704.36 million sqft Green
building footprint.

First target project for implementation by Alixir Grud Systems using
Visisys platform is Coastal Oil&Gas Infrastructure which consist of
liquid bulk storage terminal facility for its 5.94 MMTPA oil refinery in
Cuddalore District, Tamil Nadu, about 200 km south of Chennai city. The
terminal facility consists of Crude Oil Terminal Facility with cumulative
capacity of approx. 1,650,000 KL for storage of crude, intermediates,
petroleum products and liquefied gases. The terminal facility is being
constructed on 325 acres of land within the refinery complex.

Alixir Grid Systems incorporated in Delhi, India have distributed
infrastructure in Delhi, Hyderabad, Trivandruam, Chennai. Alixir Grid
Systems focus on Hospitals, Govt and Public Health enterprises plan to use
Visisys technology to convert into green buildings facilities.
