Texim Europe hat die kostenoptimierte, lüfterlose und rundum IP66 geschützte Touch Panel Familie Nano Client mit Intel® Atom? Prozessor von Kontron im Programm aufgenommen.
Basierend auf dem 45nm Intel® Atom? Z5xx Prozessor sowie dem hoch integrierten Intel® System Controller Hub US15W konnte der Kontron Nano Client als komplett geschlossenes System mit Edelstahlgehäuse und passiver Kühlung konstruiert werden. Dank VESA Montage können Anlagenbetreiber den flachen, nur 63 mm tiefen, Kontron Nano Client mit 10,4 oder 15,0 Zoll TFT-Touchscreen als Stand-Alone-Gerät schnell und einfach überall montieren. Mit IP66-Schutz rundum sind die neuen Touch Panel PCs resistent gegen raue Umgebungsbedingungen mit Kontamination durch Flüssigkeiten und/oder Stäube.
Trotz des geringen Energiebedarfs bietet der Kontron Nano Client beeindruckende Performance mit bis zu 1.6 GHz Prozessortakt und 1024 MB gelötetem RAM, sodass auf dem kompakten Nano Client auch anspruchsvolle, web-basierte Visualisierungen betrieben werden können, die die Bedien- und Betriebssicherheit erhöhen sowie eine insgesamt verbesserte Maschinenbedienung ermöglichen. Der Kontron Nano Client bietet alle für HMI- oder Terminal-Applikationen benötigten Interfaces wie 1 x Gigabit Ethernet, 1 x USB 2.0, ein optionales CAN Bus Interface sowie einen RS232 Port. Optionale SD-Cards oder Compact Flash für die Datenspeicherung komplettieren die robuste Systemauslegung, die ohne bewegliche Teile eine exzellente Schock- und Vibrationssicherheit bietet. Die Stromversorgung mittels 24 Volt DC rundet das industriegerechte Featureset ab.
